The creation of a new headquarters for 350 employees on a single site was an ambitious project that required meticulous planning. This process involved an in-depth prospective study for site selection, ensuring it would meet both the current and future needs of the company.

Simultaneously, support was provided for establishing the technical appendices to be included in the lease agreement. This step was crucial to ensure that all technical specifications were accurately incorporated and that the site met the company’s operational requirements.
